EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Return Period: Customers have up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to initiate the return process.

Cases in Which Returns Are Accepted:

  • Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
    • Defective product.
    • Incorrect product shipment.

Note: Returns will not be accepted if the customer decides not to keep the product due to a change of mind.

Return Process:

  1. Send photographic evidence showing the issue to our email address at returns@feni-x.com.
  2. If the return is approved, we will proceed to send a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
